Here we are on the 1st of September 2026. We closed on our home 🏡 and property sold to us by Realtor Kyla Trainor at the end of April 2026. We have torn apart a bathroom floor, removed a complete wall and ripped up the floor in the adjoining room, completely stripped the walls down to the studs. Why? Great question, because of MOLD (black and otherwise) that was Not disclosed despite the disclosure form being signed. The previous listing for the home 🏠 showed photos of mold (pictures 19-20) on Zillow. The previous owners refuse to do the right thing and I feel this agency and specifically Kyla failed us. Aside from what we are already spending 💰💰 on that but right now as I am typing this Mallory's Crawlspace company is here giving us a quote on fixing all the MOLD UNDER THIS HOUSE!! Quoting about $9,900!! So over $10,000 with all we have spent to fix this!!
