Heather is amazing. When we were purchasing our house, she was incredibly helpful and kept in mind what we would need in the future when we would be selling. She was informative, thorough, and efficient and found us the perfect house for our family. Fast forward a couple of years, and we are ready to sell. We were overwhelmed with the process, and she helped us every step of the way. Once our house listed Heather's magic went to work. We instantly got viewings and within 3 days we had multiple offers over asking price. Her attention to detail when it came to contracts and offers was amazing. 2 weeks or so later our house was sold, and we were ready for our next adventure. In contrast, we have friends selling currently as well using a different realtor and they have so many questions and confusion that is leading to a lot of stress regarding their PCS timeline. They ask us questions and the wife and I are like "Damn why isn't your realtor answering these questions" it made us incredibly grateful to have found Heather. Me husband and I are first time home buyers. We decided to go through the VA with us being military and was paired with Lauren Hermes. She was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. We had so many questions for her and she was right there with us to help guide us along the way. We came from MO to TN, so she gave us many options to help us make the process even easier as we were panicking worrying about not being there in person or not.
