CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Tattoo Expo, also known as Black Bear Tattoo Expo, was held over the weekend with artists from all over competing for awards and to meet clients to tattoo live at the show.
The event was held at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center.
