CLARKSVILLE, TN − Join the City of Clarksville for an afternoon of spooky fun at the 15th annual Fright on Franklin presented by Altra Federal Credit Union, which will return on Saturday, Oct.  26, from 3 to 6 p.m. downtown.

This year’s event will feature more than 70 candy booth vendors and the annual costume contest. Local businesses and organizations will be competing for the best-decorated booth while handing out candy and other promotional items.

Additionally, the event will have a footprint similar to the Clarksville Downtown Market around City Hall. The decision was made to move the event from the main section of Franklin Street so that the Franklin Street businesses can maintain their parking and traffic flow for their patrons.

“We love hosting Fright on Franklin,” says Amanda Pitt, an event planning specialist with Clarksville Parks and Recreation. “This event is the largest and most enjoyable safe trick-or-treating experience in the area, which is why so many families love it!”
