Legacy Fighting Alliance 219 brings live mixed martial arts action to Clarksville | PHOTOS

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – LFA 219 brought a night of mixed martial arts action to the F&M Bank Arena on Friday. The event was broadcast live and marked Legacy Fighting Alliance’s first show in Clarksville.

The main event featured Australia’s Isaac Thomson and Uzbekistan’s Akbarjon Islomboev, who was fighting in the U.S. for the first time. Both are rising fighters looking to move closer to a title shot and a chance in the UFC.

Several fighters from the Clarksville area competed. On the main card, Martin Camilo won by first-round knockout against Raheam Forest, and Dedrek Sanders earned a third-round TKO over Dzhamal Mavliudov. Andrew Stewart won a unanimous decision against Jonathan Waid, while Matt Adams took a first-round TKO victory over Ben Wunder.

In the preliminaries, Bryce Woerner won by submission in the second round, and Finn Martin won by TKO in the first. Carter Beekman, Lane Roe, Jamie Lloyd, and Sammy Shires also earned quick wins to close out the night.
