Outdoor movies return with MoCo Movie Nights starting next month

CLARKSVILE, TN − Montgomery County Parks and Recreation’s MoCo Movie Nights are back, bringing the magic of outdoor movies to parks across Montgomery County. Proudly sponsored by Altra Federal Credit Union and Kyrstin Frate, Keller Williams Realty, this summer tradition invites families, friends, and neighbors to enjoy blockbuster hits under the open sky—all for free!
The 2025 MoCo Movie Nights season kicks off on May 3 and runs through Aug. 9, with a lineup of fan-favorite films lighting up the night across multiple parks:
- May 3 – Zootopia | RichEllen Park, 1466 Highway 149
- May 10 – Inside Out 2 | Civitan Park, 650 Bellamy Lane
- May 31 – Harold and the Purple Crayon | Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
- June 14 – Migration | Rotary Park, 2308 Rotary Park Drive
- June 28 – Wicked | Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
- July 12 – Strange World | Woodlawn Park, 2910 Woodlawn Park Road
- July 26 – Elemental | Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
- August 9 – Wish | Downtown Commons, 215 Legion St.
Movies are scheduled to start at 7:30 p.m., but times may vary depending on the park. Bring your lawn chairs and blankets. Food will be available for purchase at all locations. For movie showings at Downtown Commons, guests can also enjoy tasty eats from Wolf Down.
