BBQ Fest: Across the River

• Details: Family-friendly event featuring a BBQ competition, beer, live music, and football on the big screen. Enjoy food trucks and the People’s Choice tasting.

Legacy Fighting Alliance 219

• Where: F&M Bank Arena, 101 Main St.
• When: Friday, Oct. 10; doors open 5 p.m., first bout 5:30, main card 8 p.m.

• Details: LFA mixed martial arts competition event, presented by Monster Energy.

Oktoberfest

• Where: Beachaven Vineyards & Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane

• Details: Hosted by The Star Spangled Brewing Co., this ninth annual four-day celebration features authentic German-brewed beers crafted by The Star Spangled Brewing Co., local wines from Beachaven Winery, a variety of food trucks local arts and crafts, games, and entertainment for all ages.

Hispanic Heritage Festival Clarksville

• When: Sunday, Oct. 12, 11 a.m.-7 p.m.
• Cost: Free
• Details: Celebrate Hispanic culture at the 5th annual festival featuring live performances, food, arts and crafts, and local vendors. Presented by the Clarksville Hispanic American Family Foundation.

Roxy Halloween movies: ‘Beetlejuice‘

• Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
