This weekend in Clarksville: Haunted Car Wash, ‘Rocky Horror’ and trick-or-treating

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There’s all kinds of Halloween fun this weekend, topped by BWC’s Haunted Car Wash and The Rocky Horror Show.

Bikers Who Scare Haunted Car Wash
- Where: Screaming Eagle Express Car Wash, 370 Warfield Blvd.
- When: 7-11 p.m. Oct. 17, 18, 24, 25, 31
- Cost: $25 car wash
- Details: Bikers Who Care hosts its sixth annual Haunted Car Wash, offering families a spooky spin on a regular wash. Guests can expect scares while their car gets cleaned, with the fright continuing until the last vehicle has gone through. Benefit for BWC charities.
- Where: Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St.
- When: 7 p.m. Oct. 17, 18, 23, 24, 25, 30 and 31; 11:59 p.m. Oct. 31
- Cost: $35
- Details: Richard O’Brien’s cult classic musical returns for its 13th year. Complete with wild characters, rock songs, elaborate dances and plenty of audience participation, the production encourages costumes and offers prop bags for $5 in the lobby. Outside props are not permitted. Suggested for mature audiences only.
Halloween trick-or-treating
- Where: Your neighborhood
- When: Evening of Friday, Oct. 31
- Cost: Free
- Details: It’s all up to you and your neighbors. There are no scheduled times by the city or county – just have fun!
Clarksville Half Marathon & 5K
- Where: Downtown Clarksville
- When: 7 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 1
- Cost: $25 and up
- Details: Annual race presented by Hankook Tire Manufacturing Tennessee featuring a half marathon and 5K through downtown Clarksville. New this year are Half Marathon Ruck and 5K Ruck divisions. Finish line celebration follows the race. Registration now open.
