CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – It’s time for the Christmas season fun to begin, starting with holiday markets and tree displays. Here are the top picks for this weekend.
Madison Street UMC Holiday Market
- Where: Madison Street United Methodist Church, 319 Madison St.
- When: Saturday, Nov. 15, 9 a.m.-2 p.m.
- Cost: Free (lunch $10 per plate)
- Details: Shop homemade casseroles, baked goods, and handcrafted gifts, and browse local vendor booths featuring pottery, candles, and jewelry. A hot lunch will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Proceeds support local and global missions.
- Where: Customs House Museum & Cultural Center, 200 S. 2nd St.
- When: Saturday, Nov. 15, 4:30-6:30 p.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: Local businesses and organizations will showcase decorated trees and wreaths from Nov. 15-20. Guests can vote for their favorites and bid online to take one home.
- Where: Wilma Rudolph Event Center, 8 Champions Way
- When: Sunday, Nov. 16, noon-5 p.m.
- Cost: Free admission
- Details: Fifth annual Holiday Market presented by Black Clarksville, featuring local vendors, handmade crafts and holiday décor. Shop for unique gifts, preorder Thanksgiving treats, and snap a photo with Santa.
