Downtown @ Sundown: Mellencougar

Red River Spartans first season kickoff
- Where: F&M Bank Arena, 101 Main St.
- When: Friday and Saturday, Sept. 19-20

- Details: The Red River Spartans, Clarksville’s new United States Premier Hockey League team, face off against the Cincinnati Cyclones in a two-game series marking their inaugural season. Former Nashville Predators goaltender Tomas Vokoun will meet fans and sign autographs at a pre-game tailgate event on Sept. 20.
- Where: Run-a-Muck Outfitters, 3011 Port Royal Road, Adams
- When: Saturday, Sept. 20, noon-9 p.m.
- Cost: $10 early purchase on Eventbrite, $15 at the gate; kids 12 and under free.
- Details: Music and arts festival to raise money for local women’s and children’s charities, including Judy’s Hope, Young Lives, and Dream Factory. Food trucks, a kid zone, art vendors, a beer garden, college football, and live music.
Oktoberfest at The Fallen Brewery
- Where: The Fallen Brewery, 1761 Jardco Drive
- When: Saturday, Sept. 20, noon-10 p.m.
- Cost: Free admission (special steins and food available for purchase).
- Details: Authentic German foods, live music from The Polka Pickin’ Trio, and the return of the seasonal brew. Guests can also snag a limited-edition 2025 Oktoberfest stein, which includes the first fill (while supplies last). Family- and dog-friendly.

- When: 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 20
- Cost: Tickets $20, kids 11 and younger free (one child per adult)
- Details: An all-Pokemon show with exhibits featuring toys, games, candy, magazines and more, plus tournaments, cosplay, panels and guest appearances.
