This weekend in Clarksville: Soul concert, tattoo convention, then Montgomery County Fair

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – There’s a lot coming up, particularly the Montgomery County Fair that starts Tuesday! Leading up to that, there’s a soul music concert, a tattoo convention, and, if the rain holds out, Dueling Pianos at the Commons.

- Details: Talented pianists go head-to-head in a fun, interactive performance. Food trucks available along Main Street with food for purchase.

- Cost: Tickets start at $70
- Details: Performances by Sir Charles Jones, Anthony Q, Tonio Armani, Marcellus The Singer and Young Guy.
Old Ties Clarksville Tattoo Convention
- Where: F&M Bank Arena, 101 Main St.
- When: May 22-24 (begins at 2 p.m. May 22)

- Details: The fourth annual Old Ties Clarksville Tattoo Convention returns as the city’s longest-running tattoo convention, featuring top tattoo artists from Tennessee and surrounding states.
Memorial Day Ceremony
- Where: William O. Beach Civic Hall
- When: Monday, May 25, at 10 a.m.
- Cost: Free
- Details: The Montgomery County Veterans Service Organization will honor the men and women who gave their lives in military service to the United States.
This week in Clarksville
- Where: Clarksville Speedway & Fairgrounds
- When: May 26-30; 5:30-10 p.m. Tuesday-Friday, 1-10 p.m. Saturday
- Cost: Midway admission: $8 adults (12+), $5 children ages 4–11, free for ages 3 and under
- Details: Carnival rides, games, food vendors, exhibits and entertainment, including the popular Swifty Swine pig races. Ride armbands and tickets will be available daily, with themed nights including Family Day, Military Day and Kubota Coleman Tractor Night. Parking is included with paid admission.
