Weekend top picks: American Cornhole Tournament, CMC Library Jubilee, Black History Celebration

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) –This weekend, watch the games at the American Cornhole Tournament at the APSU Dunn Center, celebrate Black History with the public library, and join Clarksville Parks and Recreation for a day celebrating African American culture and achievements.

American Cornhole Tournament: Watch or participate in the 20th season of the Clarksville Major ACO. The two-day event kicks off Friday, Feb. 21 and continues through Saturday at the APSU Dunn Center, 320 Drane Street. Tournaments are throughout the day with one beginning at 3 p.m. Friday.

CMC Public Library Jubilee: Jubilee-Celebrating Black History is an event dedicated to celebrating the rich history, culture, accomplishments, and achievements of African Americans in Clarksville and beyond. The event is at the Clarksville Montgomery County Library, 350 Pageant Lane, on Saturday, Feb. 22 at 12 to 5 p.m.

Clarksville Parks and Rec. Black History Month Celebration: Join parks and recreation at Kleeman Recreation Center, 166 Cunningham Lane, on Feb. 22 from 3-6 p.m. for a vibrant celebration of African American culture, history, and achievements!
