CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – This weekend, the 15th annual Home Show returns at the Governors Square Mall, along with the ClarksvilleCon on Saturday. Also, enjoy the beloved Peanuts gang on the Roxy stage!
Home Show: At the 15th annual Clarksville Area Chamber of Commerce Home Show, vendors throughout the industry will be on hand to showcase new kitchen and bath designs, new home décor and show you what is new and fashionable for your home. Join the chamber at the Governors Square Mall, 2801 Wilma Rudolph Blvd, on Saturday from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. This is a free event.
ClarksvilleCon: A collectors’ mecca convention featuring fandoms of multiple genres, including comics, movies, video games, toys, sci-fi, wrestling, sports cards and more. With guest panels and cosplay. Admission is $20 at the Quality Inn, Exit 4 on Saturday, March 16 from 10-5 p.m.
Writers and Illustrators Symposium Extravaganza: The Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library will host local authors and illustrators at their free Writers and Illustrators Symposium Extravaganza (WISE) on March 16 from 1-5 p.m. Connect with fellow authors, publishers, and illustrators to motivate and encourage them as they participate in engaging panel discussions, meet and greets, crafts, author readings, and more.
You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown: Charlie Brown and the entire Peanuts gang explore life’s great questions as they play baseball, struggle with homework, sing songs, swoon over their crushes, and celebrate the joy of friendship. Based on the beloved Charles Schulz comic strip. Performances are on Friday, and Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Roxy, 100 Franklin Street. Tickets are $35 (adults) and $15 (10 and under).
