Weekend top picks: Q108 Vintage Fair, Cooling at the Cave, Strawberry Alley market

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – This weekend shop until you drop at the Vintage Fair, listen to the sweet sounds of music from Cumberland Winds, and support small businesses on Strawberry Alley.

Q108 Vintage Fair: This year’s Vintage Fair, in which visitors can explore handmade, homemade and vintage treasures from over 125 vendors, plus nine food trucks. Enjoy it all at Beachaven Winery, 1100 Dunlop Lane on Saturday, May 4 from 10-5 p.m. Admission is $7 and children ages 12 and under are free.

Cooling at the Cave: Cumberland Winds will play from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. with an intermission.  Food vendors will be on site. The concert is a fundraising event to benefit Friends of Dunbar Cave, 401 Old Dunbar Road. The outdoor concert begins on Saturday, May 4 and is $65 a vehicle or $25 per person.

Cumberland Winds in Recital: Cumberland Winds will feature the fine musicians from our community who make up the group during a member’s recital at the Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin Street on Friday, May 3, at 7 p.m. Tickets are $20.

Sunday on Strawberry: Sunday on Strawberry is a monthly market highlighting local businesses, artisans, and makers. The market is located in the parking lot of the Millan/Regions Bank building, 117 Strawberry Alley. Enjoy the market on Sunday, May 5 from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.
