Weekend top picks: Rocky Horror Show, pro hockey, trunk-or-treat and more coming up in Clarksville

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – With the start of Rocky Horror Show, a harvest festival, lantern hikes and a trunk-or-treat, Halloween is in full swing. Plus we have pro hockey and an Indian festival!
‘Rocky Horror Show’ at Roxy: That sweet transvestite and his motley crew are back for the 11th year. Suggested for mature audiences only, and tickets are listed at $35. Showing will be held at 7 p.m. on the following dates: October 12, 13, 14, 19, 20, 21, 26, 27 and 28. Also, there will be a showing at 11:59 p.m. on Oct. 28. Roxy Regional Theatre is located at 100 Franklin Street.
Eldridge Farm Harvest Festival: Enjoy Food, a jack-o-lantern corn maze, hayrides, a pumpkin patch, vendors and more. The Eldridge Farm Festival will be from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Saturday October 14, 21, and 28. This is a free event with some ticket specials. Eldridge Farm is located at 4575 St. Paul Road, Woodlawn.
SPHL Preseason Game: SPHL preseason hockey is coming to Clarksville! Catch the Peoria Rivermen vs. Huntsville Havoc as they go head-to-head. The puck drops at 7:15 p.m. inside the F&M Bank Arena Friday, October 13. Tickets start at $23; F&M Bank Arena is located at 101 Main Street.
Navratri Festival: Navratri is a Hindu festival celebrated in honor of divine femininity, with cultural dance and food. The festival is free, but clothing donations are encouraged. Navratri Festival will be at The Emerald in Clarksville Friday, October 13 at 6:30 p.m.
Rotary Park Lantern: Creep through the woods under some lantern light at Rotary Park. The trail difficulty level is rated moderate, and each participant will carry a provided lantern through the woods. Children 5 and older are welcome with an adult supervisor. Register online for more information. The hike is free and will be from October 13, from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Registration is required, and Rotary Park is located at 2308 Rotary Park Drive.
Historic Collinsville Lantern Tour: Walk through the darkness and hear tales from Montgomery County’s past with the Historic Collinsville Lantern Tour. The event will be Friday, October 13 and 14, from 6:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. Cost is $10 per adult, $5 per child aged six to 12, and free for those aged zero to five. Historic Collinsville is located at 4711 Weakley Road, Southside.
Halloween Market: Shop all things strange, unusual and spooky from over 50 local vendors. This event is a family-friendly indoor event presented by Velvet Ghost Boutique. This is a free event at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wilma Rudolph Event Center is located at 8 Champions Way.
Clarksville Gearheads Trunk or Treat: Clarksville Gearhead Car Club is teaming up with Velvet Ghost Boutique to host this event during the Clarksville Halloween Market. The free event will be on Sunday, October 15, at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
‘The Cabin in the Woods’ at Roxy: Planters Bank Presents Film Series continues with classic Halloween films. Cost of the event is $5, and the showing will be Sunday, October 15 at the Roxy Regional Theatre, located at 100 Franklin Street.
