Weekend top picks: Tennessee Horror Fest, Blippi at F&M Bank, Halloween market

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Halloween festivities are beginning! This weekend, get spooky at the Tennessee Horror Fest, watch a showing of Beetlejuice, explore a Halloween themed market, and take the family to see the one and only Blippi!

Tennessee Horror Fest: The Tennessee Horror-Fest is a convention at the Quality Inn Exit 4, 3095 Wilma Rudolph Blvd., striving to be Tennessee’s best and truest horror convention featuring fandoms of multiple genres. Join the fun on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10-5 p.m. Tickets are $20, kids under 11 are free.

Blippi: Join the Band Tour: Blippi will be joined onstage by Meekah, their singing and dancing buddies and live musicians to explore what makes music, including sounds, rhythms and instruments, through all your favorite Blippi hits. Tickets start at $34. The event is at the F&M Bank Arena, 101 Main Street on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m.

Beetlejuice: The Roxy Regional Theatre, 100 Franklin St., is getting into the Halloween spirit with a showing of Beetlejuice! The movie will begin on Sunday, Oct. 13 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $5.

Clarksville Halloween Market: Mark your calendars for the third annual Clarksville Halloween Market on Sunday, Oct. 13 from 11-7 p.m. This is a free, family-friendly indoor event at the Wilma Rudolph Event Center, 8 Champions Way with vendors, food trucks, and more.
